Printer extruder head fell off of Y axis mount and now things are... broken

So this happened:

[Album] Accident

and now the printer will not rehome properly. The Z axis only move up, not down. I don’t think a motor is bad but I do think the extruder board is messed up or the height sensor is borked.
Can you tell what happened?
