Brand new to 3D printing got the sv06 plus started printing fine lost power in a print and it stopped wasn’t sure what happened so I started over printing something else and now everything is mush nozzle keeps dragging on print

I have the same problem but it only happens after about the 3rd or 4th layer and i didnt lose power. It printed the Benchy fine but now it drags the nozzle on every print after the 3rd or 4th layer. Still no ideas?
I think its the laser but sovol email hasn’t replied in a few days customer service sloooow
sovol customer service sucks i had to buy the head unit with laser my printer is working again
