Pause issue, weakness at pause position line in print
Is it the Pause macro ??
I carried out a test 3D Print using a 10mm cube with a pause at 5mm, nothing embedded and that had a line in the print at the pause position as well.
So I believe this is a weakness in the print at the pause position.
Maybe in the Pause macro
I’m sure it also happens in filament change
No problems with my pause function, even on filament change while printing. I don’t see the pause on my prints.

I sure hope the rest of the cube is not your expected result of a good print ?
As I look at this print I think you at general suffer from under extrusion, pausing the print will definitely worsen this.
With the extruder axle misaligned I got kinda like the same print result. ( Suddenly poor print quality on two SV08's - #19 by wrusman)
The right is with the axle out of it’s position, the left is after I pushed it back end secured it
(and yes, the good print even has a filament change in it, but that is not the visible dent. That is part of the design)
