Always, whenever you have an adhesion issue…clean the bed first before you start messing with other things.

What does the “start line” look like? You know, the one that the printer prints at an edge of the print bed before starting your print.

I did a m501/m500 to restore from my back up that I know was good. I did extrude 10mm and it gave me 25 but the above does not look like over extrusion.

looks the same, its not smooth. also I wanted to be sure its not my nozzle so I tried all 3 I ad on hand, all 3 do the same thing. Also another spool of PLA with same results.

Because you used glue, like the previous owner of mine, you are going to have to use a scrubby and dawn on the bed until the water on it runs totally clear. Then clean with alcohol. We no longer use glue. We adjust the bed temp to where it sticks properly, in our case we use 65 degrees bed temp on P…

will try it, I bought a new pei plate for this reason. I have always used glue and it has always worked for me but its messy. It woudl be nice not to have to.

Also, make sure that your first layer calibration is right.
