I have just bought a Sovol 3D printer and am now trying the first steps. I set up the printer according to the manual and now tried to print the 3D benchy. I have added a picture and hope someone can help me.

With such a print, it’s difficult to imagine the all settings are well done.
I suggest you to redo it (included the leveling, z-offset, …), then to process to the calibrations of the printer depending the filament (temperature, speed, retraction, …).

Oh, and one more thing: are you using the filament included with the printer? If so, try a different filament (it can still be PLA, just from a different source).
I can add to @tingo comments that you can throw the filament provided by sovol in the trash
Problem solved. New PLA from eSun works perfect.
