I noticed my ABS+ prints warping off the build plate in some cases and I figured out that my setting had the exhaust fan turns on and that caused air to drag in through the hole where the filament sensor cable is routed in the new position on the front right side.
I’ve temporarily fixed the issue with masking tape and that seems to have worked well enough for now as well as making sure the exhaust fan doesn’t turn on during prints that need a warm chamber.
I don’t think the little hole from the filament sensor cable was the issue. If you look closer at the inside of the Zero…there are plenty of other spaces/holes that you probably haven’t seen yet.
The rest of the print shown in the picture (max flow rate calibration) didn’t shown signs of excess cooling and it lines up with this hole, so it is definitely not insignificant the amount of direct cooling from that source
