I´m experimenting with a weird situation. I´ve performed a bed leveling with Z at -0.85 offset—perfect first layer. After printing several pieces in PLA, I printed several others in PETG without problems. One hour after the last PETG print, I tried to print a PLA piece, and the Z was too high. Adjusting, the new Z offset was 1.15.
I´m guessing the 3D Touch probe is the problem. When I printed PETG at 235° for a while, the 3DTouch changed something, and the new offset was 1.15.
Hi @Giulio To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend checking the connection of the touch screen cable to ensure it is securely plugged in and free of any damage. Please try unplugging and reconnecting the cable to see if this resolves the issue. Additionally, please ensure that the screws securing the touch screen are tightened to prevent any loose connections.
If the issue persists, we suggest resetting the device to its factory settings and recalibrating the touch screen. This can often resolve any software-related issues that may be causing the touch screen to malfunction. Please note that resetting the device to its factory settings will erase all data and settings on the device, so we recommend backing up any important information before proceeding.
