Z axis aulo levelling problem

I’m having problems with the z axis of my sovol 06 plus.
When I click on auto-leveling, the z axis starts to descend and never stops, almost bursting the extruder. The machine doesn’t understand that it needs to stop.
could anyone help me?

Check your Z-Offset.
Have you changed anything…like a nozzle, moved the probe…??

Hi all. I’ve had a lot of fun using the Sovol SV06 plus for the past year. But come today, I apparently have messed up. While starting a print, I tried to pull some excess leaking PETG filament from the nozzle, right before it starts. Unfortunately, it starts, so I didn’t have enough time to grab it.
