I’m hoping to get some clarity or support regarding a significant issue I’m facing with my new Sovol SV06 ACE Plus 3D printer. I purchased it directly from Sovol via www.Amazon.de, and while the printer itself seems promising, I’m finding it essentially unusable due to the complete lack of crucial accessories.
Specifically, I’m unable to purchase silicone brushes for the print head. These are standard maintenance items and are simply not available anywhere. Even more frustrating, I can’t find any 0.4mm brass nozzles, either individually or in multi-packs. While steel nozzles are available, brass nozzles are often preferred for certain filaments and are a basic consumable.
I’ve checked both Amazon (where Sovol sells the printer directly) and the official Sovol3d.com shop, including their international shipping options from China, but these essential parts are nowhere to be found.
A 3D printer is only as good as its support and the availability of its consumables. Without basic maintenance items like the silicone brush and replacement brass nozzles, the printer becomes worthless and unmaintainable in the long run. It’s incredibly disappointing to invest in a printer only to discover that necessary accessories aren’t sold.
Has anyone else encountered this problem with the SV06 ACE Plus or other Sovol printers? Does anyone know where these parts might be available, or if Sovol plans to stock them soon?

If accessories aren’t made available in due course, I plan to return the printer to Amazon as effectively unusable.
BUT you are correct Sovol should never have made the Ace heater block .5mm too long. Once they did they should offer a good selection of nozzles.
Final thought. The SV06+ and both SV07 nozzles fit the Ace perfectly the only difference is the detail of the top of the threads. @sovol3d should update their store to show that interchangeability.
Ich verstehe nicht, wo das Problem liegt. Ich kann im Shop von Sovol die Düsen und auch die Abstreifer finden und werden dort auch als lieferbar angezeigt.
I don’t understand what the problem is. I can find the nozzles and wipers in the Sovol shop, and they’re listed as available there.
But they do not sell 0,4 brass nozzle alone. I dont need 0,2 0,6 0,8 nozzle, only 0,4 so why should i buy a pack of nozzle i don’t need. I need about 25 x 0,4 nozzles per year (estimated), so why the hell should i buy 25x pack of nozzles only to receive the one i need. Exactly this is the most serious problem. This is not user friendly.
And btw. the Nozzel Cleaners a still not available from EU, only shipping from China.
