First thing i change to was microswiss flowtech
what is that? do you have a pic?
looks great…no doubt a good and advise upgrade…sovol should replace the original nozzles for at least the metal ones…it’s clear that the originals are not that good…
this part only have one issue marked with the arrow, we can see that print with PETG has improved since the beginning of this post, this is not the all part because i had to stop the printing due to the filament is being stuck on the coil, and this is my main issue now
Never started my printer with the stock hotend, changed it in the assamby process
It looks like stringing at the seem.
Is there a seem there…??
Also dry your filament…you can see stinging in your Benchy also.
i’m not sure if there’s a seem there, i don’t think so, i’ve the filament inside the dryer…
When you slice the model, the seem will be a white line.
the white line on the left side represents more or less until i printed (on this last print screen)
can i delete that seems? or what can i do to avoid it?
Hello,
In the settings of your slicer you can choose where you want the seam is for each model.
It’s to you to imagine the best place for it.
Btw, if you’re not confident with that, you can find a lot of videos on YT that explain how to set the seam.
I had the same issue. I raised the temperature from the Sovol PETG default of 235 to 255 like the first layer and increased FLOW to 110% and the part finished printing and looked good. Have not printed a second part in PETG yet, but the Generic PETG settings look better to me.
As stated in another reply, guess I will need to find and test my own generic parameters that work for each type of filament like Prusa has. I may start with their parameters as they have worked very well for the last few years.
