Issues connecting to Comgrow Z1 Pro

I have for several days now tried to use my Z1 Pro that I bought mor ethat 1 year ago. I thin think I tried everything

  1. Windows 10
  2. Windows 11
  3. Windows 7
  4. Ubuntu
  5. With A bunch of different USB drivers
  6. Different Version of LightBurn
  7. Updated firmware
  8. All kind of combination of Serial Speeds and settings
  9. Older and newer laptops

The closets I came is when some kind of communication working with the folowing result in the Console window

I think that it is the controller Board that is the issue.
I would appriciate if someone can help me, maybe I have missed something

If its the controller not working the I would like to have it replaced or buy a nreplacement

Plug it onto your Windows PC and power it on. Right click on the start button and select device manager and scroll to “ports” Is there a com port listed? Turn off the engraver and it should vanish, turn on the engraver and it should come back.

SOME controller boards are EXCEPTIONALLY fussy about the exact right driver. Go to
https://www.sovol3d.com/pages/download
And get the exact driver your machine came with.

Don’t bother loading lightburn or other control software until you can see a com port in device manager.
