Modified Macro.cfg for maintaining bed temp during QGL, ZOFFSET, BED_MESH

I’m attaching my modified version of SV08 Macro.cfg This file allows the machine to perform the start print macro while maintaining the bed temp specified in the gcode without cycling down during the calibrations. I also verified that the calibrations can be completed after a cold soak by issuing the calibration commands and they default to 65 as expected.
