I am having problems with adhesion and bed I don’t know it this is under extrusion over extrusion the bed level

What size nozzle & what’s the first layer height..???
I am having huge problems with the bed looking like a potato chip.
I’m using a microswiss flowtech .4mm layer height i am not sure it is from z calibrating
I don’t have a core XY machine so I could be way off base.
If I saw these patterns I check belt tension and for binding in the gantry. It sure looks to me like your nozzle is moving fast,slow,fast,slow.
The patterns seem too consistent for typical “bed adhesion” problems.
Could be filament stutter too but the way the pattern lines up across 3 spots on the diagonal makes me think gantry.
Increase extruder temp while it’s printing this test and see if it improves. It looks to me like the temp is too low.
