I can’t be sure but it looks like a dingle arm from a turbo encabulator. I wondered how Sovol got so speed out of that machine.

On enlarging your picture I 100% agree with your first analysis. Defiantly a test print (or part of one). Nothing to worry about.
The only thing 3d Printed in the Zero is the filter box.
I double checked just now by looking around with a flashlight.
I found filament strands in the bottom of mine when it showed up.
