Extruder problem

My SV08 had been unused for the last week as I was waiting for the new nozzles from Sovol.
They arrived yesterday so earlier today I fitted a new nozzle.
When I tried to load filament, the extruder stepper motor just vibrated and the wheel just moves a little back and forth.
I checked that there was no jammed filament, and there was not, in fact with stepper power off, I can turn the wheel easily by hand and the filament comes out the nozzle.

Iv’e stripped the tool head down 3 times over the last few hours. All the gears are clean and look to be moving properly. The grub screws securing the driven gear that drags the filament through are tight and everything seems normal.
I feel the extruder motor is the issue but I have never seen this before.
Has anyone here any info on this problem?

Menu restart firmware may fix it

Note defaults setting in cfg file

Or reflash firmware

Sovol support sent me a replacement extruder motor and toolhead PCB.
It turns out the extruder motor was the issue, the new motor is fitted and working fine.
Many thanks to all.
