So are you saying you swapped them and the error followed from left to right…?? …or…
you swapped them them & now you have an error in both left & right…??
At first it was the left side only, i disconnect the right side to test the new hotend to see if it was a problem in the hotend or the thermistor, but also in the right side was not giving me measure. Then I connect the right side again, and now both sides give me the error of -15 degrees
Was this a Sovol bought replacement…??

I’m so sorry for being so damn stup… I finally find the problem, the cable from the side, the black long ribbon was disconnected and didn’t transmit the information to the mainboard, so problem solved
