Hello,
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this error?
First thing I’d check is for high friction on the Y axis rails. High friction makes the motor work harder.
If no problem there then have you recently started printing faster? If not I’d expect a partially shorted winding in the Y motor. You can lower the current but that shouldn’t be needed on a printer that has been stable for months.
Thx, I’ll check that.
In the end, the reason was very simple.
The temperature inside the enclosure was far too high (I was printing ASA).
I simply opened the enclosure and, after a few minutes, the message disappeared.
