I’m trying to glue an acrylic sheet to a hinge frame for an enclosure door. VHB tape did not keep the two parts together. What is a reliable glue for acrylic and ASA?

Is it possible to reprint the hinge with larger contact area?
I’d put thermal set threaded inserts in the acrylic and use machine screws.
If you are dead set on glue I’d recommend a 2 part urethane.

Used JB Weld 5 minute clear epoxy. No load for 15 hours, holding really well. We’ll see long term.
All those glues do not bond to acrylic . You need something like weld-on 16 .
