I just purchased the enclosure and I’m at the part where you install the door stoppers and noticed that the m3 screws it says to use on the bottom simply do not fit in the holes. Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas?

What is the problem…too long, too short, does it screw into a plastic handle..??
The screw seems too big for the holes.
Before enlarging the holes, contact Sovol.

I’m not sure it even makes sense to try and finish my installation of the doors. Sovol said they will be sending me a replacement part. They called it a replacement “stand”. If I understand correctly it will be the entire base and the base includes the part where these door screw holes are located. So maybe it will have bigger holes.. I don’t know.

They will want you to completely strip down the printer, then re-assemble it. I would be inclined to refuse the printer as NOT BEING FIT FOR PURPOSE.
Not looking forward to what might be involved with this type of swap.. but at the same time I am very appreciative of Sovol for helping me and responding so quickly as well. I’m sure shipping will take some time, but when it finally arrives it will be a learning experience. I’m not sure if they even have instructions for this type of replacement or not. I will follow up with them when it arrives to see.
