As Lion said moving the installation to another EMMC is not hard, assuming you have a PC with enough storage to hold the image file (unless you want to get 2 of the USB adapters).
You’ll need to resize the file system after image installation
You can also mount a USB drive and redirect read/writes to /home/sovol/printer_data/gcodes to use the USB drive.
