Had a really bad print rip out the ribbon cable to my sensor. Tried to get it back in, but the connection is weak and the ribbon easily comes out again. Do I need to replace the whole assembly?
@jdmdev Cant quite see the connector from the picture. Looks like the Eddy sensor housing has been removed for the picture?
If it helps, this is a picture of my Eddy Sensor board removed from it’s black boot shaped housing. It’s for a Sovol Zero, but functionally the cable clip should be very similar. The Sensor has a little grey tab that flips up, you insert the cable then flip it down. When I first worked with the Eddy sensor, I didn’t realize the tab flipped up and tried to push the cable in. Hope that is all it is?

I didnt’ know this either! This should fix the problem for me. I will try in a few hours after I wake up
