I had a similar problem when using an industry standard 165 X 165 mm PEI sheet on my Zero. The Zero build plate has the two finger tabs on the left and right and the plastic frame has a tab that protrudes upward in the center that doesn’t locate the build plate or align it to make it easier to install. The only purpose seems to be preventing the use of existing build plates for the Adventure 3, Ender 2 Pro, et cetera, so I filed off the plastic tab on the front of the frame when I was leveling the Zero’s print bed.
