Auto Z-align and AUX leveling not working?

Help,
I have always used my Idex SV04 without any problems, but now I have a serious problem with the auto Z-align. During calibration, print head 1 goes to the middle of the hotbed, takes a measurement, then goes to the right side of the hotbed and hangs there. The print head drops a bit, but stays well above the hotbed. The autobed ​​leveling sensor goes in and out but does not touch the bed. After this, AUX leveling no longer works.
All cables and connections seem to be good.

Any help is very welcome..

Hi there,
the problem description does not allow a clear diagnosis of the error source. I recommend the steps as described here. Additionally, reinstalling the firmware might help. Before doing this, it is advisable to write down the current offset values so that the printer calibration can be carried out more quickly after installing the firmware.
