Confused about cura profiles

I tried to compare the print settings I did this for ABS as a test The one you provided ---- the one working (mine) layer hights .1 ---------- 02 infill 10 -----------20 infill layer thicknesss .1 ------------- .2 the extruder settings I found in the files match but the print head settings sees to be missing. if not what slicer program settings are you looking for?
