3D Print comes off the build plate

I am new to 3D printing and last month I bought Sovol SV08 and started printing with it. After 2 weeks with it I decided to get the enclousure as well to print stronger materials.

But recently I saw that every print i try to make comes a off from the build plate on the edges and I have no idea why that is.

For now I have only seen it on PLA, haven’t tried any other materials yet. The first couple of layers are printing good but after a while they come of the plate (see the images).

I tried upping the bed temp to 65 degrees. Slower printing speeds and lower fan uptimes but still got this result and I have no idea why that is.

It is worse when the print is large to the point it tilts up like a boat and if not attended will start doing webs everywhere.

Because of the enclosure the print is warping…
For PLA & PETG you have to have the front doors open, also having the top off won’t hurt.
With it all closed up the PLA is getting to hot, you can also give yourself Heat Creep.
So keep the doors open, and you should be fine.

I kept them opened. I saw that for PLA they should be opened and thats why I haven’t closed them when printing with it.

I though that the problem is that it coolsdown fast and thats why it warps.

But if heat is the problem should i turn back the cooling fan at 100% and turn the exaust fan as well to better keep heat away?

Yes

It keeps doing it. I opened the doors, removed the top glass, turned the cooling fan to 100%, turned on the exhaust as well.

What temp are you printing PLA at..??

I use the orcaslicers PolyTerra PLA config which has Nozzle at 220degree and bed temp at 55
