Zero prints show and tell

I hope you will join me in showing what you are printing and telling why the Zero is a good choice for your prints. Most of the topics here are for support issues and I think it would be good for the newcomers to see this printer’s strengths too

Today I am working on a double enveloping worm drive:

I do a lot of iterative designing where I model something, print it, then assemble and play with it, often destructively to find problems and weaknesses, think through solutions and update the design. I may need to repeat this many times to reach a satisfying result. To minimize the time, cost and waste of repeated prints I like to work first at the smallest possible scale and only progress to larger sizes when satisfied with the miniature version.

I print slow for more accurate prints but the Zero still speeds me along with its quick startup, heating and calibration. Fast travels help and also reduce stringing. Compared to my other printers I achieve tighter tolerances and better part strength allowing me to work even smaller and thus faster.
