Update for anyone else who may run into this issue with this printer. The bottom roller bearing can be adjusted with the wrench supplied with the printer while the hot end is assembled. just turn it either direction until it feels smooth. I would suggest disconnecting it from the belt for this but you really don’t have to if you don’t want to.
