Hi, We purchased new SV08MAX - Need support with Z Banding/Wobble lines Issue
Can you please let us know what all to check any forum or how we can make the Z banding lines and wobble so print is straight and less layer lines visible.
Left one is uncalibrated and right tower is after flow calibration/temprature/inputshaper/vfa, although VFA calibration didnt result in vfa elimination just different kind of vfa, I still have these Z layer lines visible, its much less in front and more in back side of the prints.
So to summarize 2 things
- These Z lines visible not sure if its wobble or banding
- VFA visible on left and right side very prominent, front is minimum, back vfa is also visible.
What can be done to fix these issues to get nice smooth print.
Belt tension
Loose screws in the gantry
Loose screws heater block to heat sync
Gantry not square.
