i suddenly have very bad issues with Y-shift. On one point the layer shifts about 1-2mm, after that again perfectly straight. Happened with 3 Models so far, on one model even 2 times at the same height.
I tried to fasten and loose the belt, but doesn’t help. The yaxis motor pully is tight (but the first time it happened, it was loose).
Some other ideas ? And btw - where to finde spare parts like fitting grub screws and belt ?
Check the rollers on the extruder carriage (X axis). The lower on is on an eccentric and can be adjusted by turning the hex between the roller and the extruder mounting plate.
Also look at the fan duct. Mine was loose.
I had a similar issue. I ended up reflashing the firmware and it cleared up the issue. It originally started with the screen starting to go and then was dead. Sovol sent me an updated firmware (1.0.18) which worked to allow the screen to work, but then I was getting layer shifts on larger models (>100mm), but not on smaller models. Sovol tech agreed that I needed to reflash the firmware, but they had me go back to 1.0.17, which was the latest official version. I did it and it cleared up the layer shift issue. Now I’m awaiting the screen to eventually die again and then rinse, repeat, but in the mean time, it worked!
