I went to fire up my Zero the other day after a few weeks of being to busy to print anything, but when I go to auto-home I get an error: tip code 103z. From another post I gather that this is an eddy current sensor issue, but I’ve checked the sensor itself, the flat cable coming out of it going up to the toolhead board, and the connections and condition of the toolhead board itself and don’t see any glaring issues. Thoughts on further diagnostic steps?
Running the current firmware version, 1.4.7. For what it’s worth, this is happening on my spare toolhead - after putting a Tyson build plate on, my other toolhead started throwing out tip code 104z errors…I’d go back to the stock build plate but it’s a little chewed up after the nozzle dragged due to the eddy current sensor being loose in its mount.
I thought I did re-run the calibration with the new plate on but apparently I didn’t…running it just now led to a successful auto-homing. Now to deal with the clog that I was trying to tackle before all of this.
