I have rarely seen such a detailed tutorial.
My SV08 Eddy upgrade kit arrived yesterday. Yes, on Thanksgiving. I need to install the R3men graphite bed, the replacement Microswiss hot end after the last big blob-of-death crash caused by the inaccurate bed mesh from the original inductive probe, and then install the Eddy probe upgrade.
I was impressed with the look of the Eddy upgrade kit, including a 42 page installation manual. The video was a nice addition which I saved to my SV08 folder. Much of the video covers flashing new firmware, and all of that was shown in Windows. I would have liked to have seen it for Linux, but I’ll figure it out.
The Eddy upgrade will need to wait. The SV08 has been down for so long that I piled a bunch of spools of filament in front of it and some other stuff on top of that. 
I also put my old Neptune 4 Pro printer on top of the enclosure that I 3D printed for the SV08 and it’s currently 6 hours into a 22 hour print job.
I’m surprised that Sovol hasn’t done a mid-life upgrade to the SV08 to include the Eddy probe to get it up the the Zero and SV08 Max standard. It would result in much more customer satisfaction.
