Sorry if this question was already asked and answered, but in my search I couldn’t find an answer. I’m running 2.0.0.A firmware, want to connect the Sovol Stock Filament Runout Sensor and be able to use Octoprint. Any reason why this would be a problem?
You will have to compile new firmware to make it work.
It is a MANY step process but not particularly difficult.
You’ll need to download/install.

Thank you for the response. The Runout Sensor should arrive this week. I’ll take a look at what you provided and let you know if I need anything else. As this will be my first time compiling I will likely need some help!
