I played around with Klipper but couldn’t stand the crashes and waste of time and filament so I’m going back to Marlin with the Sovol High Speed Firmware.
Folks that have switched to this, what kind of speeds are you getting and what speed settings are you using?

I don’t know if it will help you and if it’s the same but with my SV06+ and the stock firmware, I print PLA and PETG at 150mm/s.
The SV06 Plus has a High Flow Nozzle, so the SV06 should be printed slower.
I might have mine a little safer, I print at 70mm/s.
