First, I’m not 100% sure that this is the appropriate place for this, but I didn’t see another board for fixing prints so apologies if I’m mistaken.
I’m trying to get my (modified) SV06 dialed in nicely to print at higher speeds so I’ve been running some test prints. I’m going to attach some photos of my latest print, and I would appreciate advice or feedback on settings, etc. that I should try adjusting to improve. Note: I stopped this print midway on purpose to allow you to see the insides as well in case there is something weird that stands out to anyone.
Some info about my SV06 and its modifications:
-Klipperized
-5015 fan mod Printables
-Z Motor mount mod Printables
-Oldham couplers installed on lead screws
-0.8mm nozzle
I’m using Cura 5.6 for my slicer. I typically print at 100mm/s with the initial layer at 45mm/s, 5 top layers and 5 bottom layers. I do NOT currently have input shaping configured.
I’m using Polymaker PLA.
