if you have installed the Solid Bed Mounts for SV04, this may be the ideal time to return to the stock spring-loaded solution…
If not, you should ensure that all four bed adjustment screws are working properly.
If all bed screws are at lowest position and the nozzle would still hit the bed: Write down all Offsets, Reset EEPROM. Reenter Offsets. Retry Tramming.
If the nozzle still hits the bed: The nozzle has to be shortened mechanically. This could be done by screwing it inside: Uncover the hotend; wear gloves to protect your fingers; heat up the nozzle; remove filament; hold the heat-block using a wrench, unscrew the heat-break using pliers (1 full turn = 1mm height difference); screw in the nozzle in the same distance; insert the cleaning needle iot ensure the heat-break & nozzle are in a correct position; tighten nozzle & heat-break firm enough iot avoid molten filament spillage & gently enough to avoid a ruined heat-break; re-assamble extruder & test again.
