Hello.
I’m a bit lost.
To update my Sovol SV06+, i bought the Sovol Klipper Screen.
Installation and intial setup was perfecly fine.
Then after the update routine, klipper did’nt seem to connect to the printer anymore.
I can access to SSH and wep app trough network.
But this message appear.
MCU Protocol error
This is frequently caused by running an older version of the
firmware on the MCU(s). Fix by recompiling and flashing the
firmware.
Your Klipper version is: v0.12.0-267-g12cd1d9e-dirty
MCU(s) which should be updated:
mcu: Current version v0.11.0-41-g9b60daf6
rpi: Current version vo.11.0-121-ga5fb2076
Up-to-date MCU(s) :
‹none>
Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the “RESTART”
command to reload the config and restart the host software.
mcu ‘rpi’: Command format mismatch: query_adx1345 oid=%
rest_ticks=u vs query_adx1345 oid=% clock=ou rest_ticks=®u
I read some frigthening messages about updates bricking sovol printers.
Is this the case here?
Is the only option to update MCU’s ?
What’s the process?
Thanks a lot.
