This is what I received as answer to my question about missing profiles:

Hi,
Regarding the SV06 Plus Ace, we would like to inform you that we currently do not plan to release additional OrcaSlicer profiles for nozzle sizes other than 0.4mm.

If you are using a different nozzle size, we recommend referring to the SV06 Ace profiles, as their configuration is very similar and can be adapted accordingly.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

I don’t understand why Sovol is making this statement. Sovol provides a selection of different profiles for the SV06 Plus ACE. You just have to install them in the Orca. Everything’s fine, and no reason to complain.

Perhaps you can find any other profile except “default_print_profile”: “0.20mm Standard @SOVOL SV06 PLUS ACE 0.4 nozzle” for SV06 Plus ACE? I can’t.

See image. I can’t offer more than this link. Everything is available for download there, including instructions. It doesn’t get any better than this. 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 mm nozzles with 0.12, 0.2, 0.28, and 0.4 mm layers. Plus many more for the SV06 ACE, which can be adapted and added to the SV06 Plus ACE. This selection isn’t available for many printers.

For some reason I can’t upload picture, but profiles for Plus ACE are copies of SV06 ACE with wrong plate dimensions and who knows what else. No confidence in them, and no will and time to manually repair something what should’ve be done by manufacturer.

Then something went wrong with your installation. Everything works fine here.

Profiles are a “recommended starting point” with the understanding that for your printer, at the current ambient temperature and humidity, with the exact filament you’ve chosen, some changes will improve the result.

Why did the developers at Orca include the calibration routines? Because of the need to accommodate thousands of different filaments at 20 or so different layer heights.

If you are not willing/able to edit the profiles then stay with 0.4mm nozzles
