Printer or slicer troubleshooting

Without changing any settings, my printer will not print corners at a sharp 90* angle, it has started to print corners with a large radius and finish is terrible. This is with new files. I tried previous files and it makes the radius corner while not extruding in the corners. It can’t be a clog because the entire build plate had a perfectly level, perfect finish on a 11” square raft. It also has started doing retractions while on infill and where infill meets the walls which prevent walls from connecting to infill. The retractions are nonstop. I have 3 printers, all sv06 plus. All 3 sd card and all machines are doing this so I uninstalled ultimaker cura and reinstalled it to begin with stock settings etc with the same results. I have no idea what to change or do. Printers have ran flawless for 1 1/2 years, I run Sunlu filament. There has been no setting changes. Any help would be great.

Do you by chance have a gcode file sliced before the issues started? If so open it with notepad and copy/paste the first 200 or so lines (skip the thumbnail if it has one) to a new file and name is good.txt. Do the same with a recently sliced file but name it bad.txt.

Upload the 2 and we’ll look and see if we can root out the difference.

I’ve not used Cura for a long time. From the problems you are describing I’d guess your issues are in the filament profile. Orca Slicer ties both pressure advance and retractions to the filament not the printer. If memory serves, Cura does pressure advance different than everybody else.

I will do that when I get back home from vacation. If this is the case, why would I have these problems after I uninstalled cura and reinstalled it? I’m not knowledgeable with computers but I would think with a fresh install, it would be as if the printer was fresh out of the box with all stock settings. Thank you for your help

Cura doesn’t delete everything after an uninstall, it leaves files behind. So it’s possible the re-install just put the same setting back.
If you use Cura Backup, you could go back a few weeks & try those settings.
