i think the pressure probe is not aligned correctly? It is about 1.5mm above the bed (see photo) and when calibrating the Z-offset the nozzle collides with the sample. What does that look like to you?

I think it doesn’t matter.
If you run the Z-calibration routine you can see it will first touch-probe the pressure sensor with the nozzle and after that it will probe the sensors metal surface with the induction probe on the extruder carriage. That way it should know the offset between the induction sensor and the nozzle tip.
The only thing that really matter in this routine is that the nozzle is really clean and that the alignment of all the parts is correct in the X and Y orientation by a proper homing.

Thank you, I had a Problem in the clean_nozzle routine which placed the nozzle to deep.
