Motherboard Buzzing Noise

Hello, can someone help to fix or identify the noise coming from the main motherboard, it only makes noise when the fan turns on and becomes 90% quieter if you remove it from the port. Fan hardware is same as stock (24V, 0.1A)

Welcome to the forum.

I’m unsure what you are saying here? But abnormal fan noise is pretty much 1 of 3 things. 1) bad bearing 2) out of balance (causing vibration in in the mounting structure) 3) fan blade hitting something.

No audio came thru on reddit so I not sure what you’ve got going on.

Mine was noisy as all hell for a month or so. I replaced the fan with one I picked up on AliExpress - same specs - and it’s been quiet ever since.

It’s a pretty quick swap. No idea what caused it.

None of this, fan by itself is extremely quiet and nothing touches it. I can describe sound as similar to substation buzz. Also sound is still here if i unplug fan from motherboard but 90% quieter, so its definitely coming from motherboard

hello,
For your information, I’ve replaced all the fans on my SV06 Plus ACE, including the one on the dryer — it was just unbearable. I’m currently testing dual fans on the extruder; at least now the printer runs very quietly.

Puede tratarse de una pieza, el transformador, posiblemente tenga un problema con el voltaje
