Hi all new to the Sovol 6 but unfortunately 3 prints in the machine has given a code that it looks a lot of people have had. checked all the cables etc all fine just an error message about the Mintemp : Bed printer halted please reset. I mean i emailed Sovol provided all order information and have heard nothing. based on your experience out there am i better just returning the printer via amazon for a refund ?
How can you run a company with no telephone support at all and days and time passing before you get back to the customer. I was originally happy with the printer but i got to say the support is none existent. Any help for me getting any help would be appreciated.
