I submitted an email to customer support over this but haven’t heard anything. My printer was working fine for about two months and then all of a sudden I start getting this error “printer halted: mintemp bed”. When the bed moves to the temperture sensor shows ERR and then throws up that error message and cancels. I have orders that need to go out and I could really use some support on this.
