If I add print files to the root directory the printer sees them and will print. If I make a sub directory on the card the printer can’t see or recognize the sub directory or the included files.
Can you provide a repair, fix or solution.

That’s news in this day and age. Even the antique operating systems, like DOS 1.??, supported directories. Now I find out I have a boat anchor. They should have called this model the
SV6 Negative.
