I’m guessing your not nearly as dumb as I am. That being said, I just noticed there is a protective film on the cam I didn’t remove when I assembled my ACE. ( in December) Looks a little better now. Again more of a statement about my brain than it is helpful advice.

It should just slide off like it slide on when you installed it.
You should find pics in the ACE manual.
Just unplug the printer, slide off the camera, remove the wire & plug it into the new cam…slide it back on.
