Hanging when changing nozzles on dual extruder print (1.14.6)

hi there,I’m new to idex printers and I picked this one up used… when printing in dual mode. often on the first layer my left extruder will do its thing and go back home as normal… when its time for the right extruder to start it just sits there at temp and doesn’t move… I have tried many different files many different version of cura i am on the latest firmware copy and mirror mode work just fine on both extruders. i have been able to print some things to completion but most often i t just …
