Has anyone used the GT2 Belt Tension Meter on their Max? I haven’t been able to find a reference for ideal belt tension using it. Grok says 1.9. But I thought i saw a comment from someone that it should be 2.4. Not interested in twanging belts and looking at the frequency – I’ve gotten such variable results with that approach that I find it unusable.
The simple beam type belt tension tools work reliably in my experience.
Print it out of something sturdy.
Put marks on it where you feel is correct, will provide consistent results.
