I used this stl (the 10mm one scaled in the slicer) to print covers for the v-slot extrusions on the Y gantry. The total length that needs covered is 35.7cm. I printed 4x 17.5xm and that left only small gaps that I tried to place at the back end of the printer, but that doesn’t seem to be the optimal solution.
The section where the Z gantry meets the Y axis is tricky to snap the covers in. I recommend an arrangement like 13cm (back half) + 8 cm (junction part) + 14.5cm (front part), all of this twice (once for each side).
