every few minutes, there is error message to say that filament runout detection and the printing is stop. I have to yank the filament until the light turn on to continue. what can I do to fix this problem?

I’m not sure what the Sovol Team will tell you, but on my side I have unplugged the filament run out sensor and I don’t use it.
I’m not a big fan of this type of sensor as I have always experienced more troubles because of it.
So my advise would be for you to do the same.
