Cura v.5.x Feed Speed Issue

I’m trying to understand Cura’s speed output for the SV04. With an Ender3 printer, when I set Cura’s Print Speed to 60mm/s, I mostly see an output of 900 (i.e. G1 F900 X140.191 Y141.26 E0.0291)

With the SV04, when I set Cura’s Print Speed to 60mm/s, the same area of output is much faster like: G1 F2400 X140.191 Y141.26 E0.0291. It prints too fast.

What controls the speed conversion and what should that value be in order to print at 60mm/s?

I didn’t figure out the answer, but completely reset Cura which seems to have taken care of speed problem.
