The hardware included for the run out sensor, bushing and washer, made the included 16mm screw too short, it would not screw in, had to use an 18mm I had laying around, anyone else have the same issue?

I had the same issue, used a 20 mm one instead. 16 isnt long enough…

Does that bushing / spacer that you are supposed to put in first fit inside the plastic hole of the runout sensor? I wasn’t able to shove it inside the hole, so I just left it out for now, and only loosely screwed in the M3x16 bolt.
The washer goes behind the sensor..if it’s put on the front under the screw head, it will not grab.
I did end up getting a 20mm long M3 bolt from the hardware store. And this worked much better than the 16mm bolt. I put on some thread locker and was able to screw it in firmly (but not too hard because it is going into aluminum).
